General (applies to all spaces)
- Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces
- Wipe door handles and light switches

- Make beds and change linens
Kitchen
- Wash and scrub sink
- Clean cabinet faces and appliances

Bathroom
- Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, and sink
Entry, Foyer, Stairway
- Remove cobwebs
- Dust blinds, window sills, and lock ledges
- Clean and polish glass, mirrors, and chrome
- Dust pictures, knick-knacks, lamps, and baseboards
Move-in/Out
General Cleaning
- Remove all trash, dust and clean baseboards, window sills, and remove marks from walls, doors, and frames.
All Rooms
- Vacuum, dust, and clean window sills, carpets, and floors.
Kitchen
- Clean inside and out of cabinets, appliances (including oven and refrigerator), countertops, sink, and floor.
Bathroom
- Clean and sanitize tub, shower, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, baseboards, and cabinets.
One-time Deep
- Ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures dusted
- Windows sills, ledges, and baseboards wiped
- Knick-knacks and picture frames cleaned Furniture, upholstery, and accessible areas vacuumed
- Extra attention to floors, including tile grouting and carpet edges
- Doors, frames, and glass surfaces spot cleaned
- Kitchen furniture, cabinets, and appliances wiped and shined
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Inside of range hood and grease filter cleaned
- Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
Post Construction
- Dust everything, including windowsills, ledges, moldings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, chandeliers, and tops of doors.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors and carpets, including wood floors.
- Clean all windows, window tracks, and glass doors.
- Clean, sanitize, and shine all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, appliances, sinks, mirrors, chrome, and vents.
- Vacuum and wipe out all cupboards, drawers, and closets.
- Remove debris and clutter from hallways, staircases, and foyers.
- Scrub and polish all appliances, including air-conditioning vents.
Commercial / Office
Common Area Cleaning
- Empty trash
- Clean glass doors
- Wipe down exposed woodwork
- Turn off lights and lock doors
Break Room Cleaning
- Empty trash
- Clean inside and outside of appliances (refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves)
- Sanitize appliance handles
- Wipe down countertops, cabinets, tables, and chairs
- Clean sink and sanitize handles
Restroom Cleaning
- Empty trash and change bag
- Clean and sanitize toilet seat, handle, and bowl
- Scrub and sanitize urinals and handles
- Sanitize door handles and toilet paper holders
- Replace toilet paper holders when necessary
- Refill soap dispensers and air freshener cartridges
